Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
